Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations by the Customer

If a customer cancels a tour due to personal reasons, the following fees apply:

• 19–5 days before the tour: 20% of total fee
• 5–1 day before the tour: 50% of total fee
• On the day or no-show: 100% of total fee

For customized tours, any prepaid tickets or special arrangements will also be charged.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel, please email us at:

• The cancellation is confirmed only after you receive our reply email.
• Requests received outside business hours will be processed the next day.

3. Cancellations by AKIBA OTAKU

We may cancel tours in the following cases, with a full refund and no cancellation fee:

• Due to natural disasters, transportation strikes, or other unforeseen events.
• When the minimum number of participants is not met (you will be notified at least two days prior).
